Nicole Gnutzman was my original ceremonial cacao and sacred plant medicine teacher and deeply influenced how I hold sacred space today. She’s traveling from New Mexico to hold a private deep-medicine journey with me, and while she’s here, we’re opening another circle for you.
We’ll journey with ceremonial cacao through guided meditation, Nicole’s shamanic drumming, sacred music and circle—a space to slow down, listen inward, connect and receive.
Payment will be requested once we reach our minimum of 6 participants. If cost is a barrier, please reach out privately.

Vivian Zandkuijl and Jack Howard are on the road for a small U.S. tour—and making a stop here in Rappahannock to share their unique magic with us. After participating in an immersion in Guatemala with them, I can say this is a gift!
We’ll weave ceremonial cacao, energy and intuitive space-holding, live sound healing, embodied practice and movement—with room for whatever wants to emerge from the unique circle that gathers.
A space to slow down, listen inward, move, receive and connect—with ourselves, one another and the living landscape around us.
